Home Remedies To Cure Blackheads

Blackheads are pores in your skin that have become blocked with natural skin oils and other debris that become oxidi sed when they hit the surface of your skin. Some people think the dark color means they have dirt in their pores, but it's not rite. Just as an apple will turn brown if you leave it out in the air, the natural skin oils and skin cells trapped in your pores will also turn dark when exposed to the air. If you have blackheads, it doesn't mean you’re not cleaning your face fully. Instead, it means you likely have oily skin, and tend to produce more natural skin oils than those with normal or dry skin. Simple Tips to Cure Your Blackheads

(1). Take some Almond or oatmeal  Mix either oatmeal or almond powder with just enough rose water to make a spreadable paste. Apply it to your problem areas with your fingertips first and then apply it to the rest of your face. Leave it about 15 minutes and then rinse your face with cold water.

(2). For owners of oily skin, try using a mask made from clay in order to reduce the oil in the skin. Choose a mask that does not contain mint, peppermint or other natural ingredients cause. Better to use a material that does not contain an added fragrance.

(3). Massage the Olive Oil on your face frequently .This is very useful to prevent the blackheads on your face.So apply the Olive Oil on your face and get rid of the black heads.Apply this Olive oil for 15 minutes and cover your face with the wet cloth that should be warm .This warm cloth removes the dirt from the skin and loosen the black Head to cure.

(4). Take a fresh egg and break it took the whites only, then mix clay with egg whites and add 1 teaspoon of honey. How its use spread to the face and let it dry for 20-30 minutes, then wash face with warm water. Useful measures to reduce the appearance of black Head's and help prevent new black Head's on your face.

(5). Take one teaspoon of green tea and add a little water to make a paste. Use this paste to scrub the skin gently for two to three minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water with extra care. Do not treat your skin roughly as it can damage your skin. This treatment is good for the black Head's and at the same time your skin will have a natural glow.

(6). Take one teaspoon of cinnamon powder in a bowl and mix it with honey to form a thick paste. Apply the paste on the affected area before your bedtime and leave it overnight. Next morning, wash your face properly with cold water. Follow this treatment daily for best results. Else you can make a mixture by adding one teaspoon each of cinnamon powder and lime juice with a pinch of turmeric powder.

(7). Try turmeric and mint juice. Both spices you likely have in your kitchen cupboard, turmeric and mint help to clean out dirty pores. Create a brew of mint tea and allow it to cool. Then, add two tablespoons of the liquid with a tablespoon of turmeric powder and apply it to your face. Leave it on for ten minutes and then rinse off with warm water.

(8). Cornmeal can also be used to treat black Head's as it can react abrasively on dirt blocking the pores on your skin. Take one tablespoon of powdered cornmeal and mix it with some of your regular facial cleanser. Now apply it on your face and gently massage it in a circular motion. Specially on effected area. After a few minutes, rinse your face with cold water. This will help the pores of your skin to close. Cleanse with oatmeal and yogurt. The lactic acid in the yogurt and the calming qualities of oatmeal mix to create a black.

(9). Head-blocking formula. Make a paste of three tablespoons yogurt, two tablespoons whole oats, and a few drops of lemon juice and olive oil. Mix between your fingers and apply it to the skin by dab on affected area. Allow it to set for ten minutes, and then wash off with warm water.

(10). Soak 2 tablespoon of  rice in milk for 5 hours and then grind this in a blender until it is paste-like in consistency. Use the paste as a scrub on affected areas of the body.
