Natural Ways To Prevent Hair Fall

Our hair is an important aspect of our image. Who doesn't want beautiful and healthy locks. But, factors such as stress, pollution and unhealthy lifestyle can cause hair loss. While there are several chemical treatments and products that promise stronger hair, why not try the simpler and natural ways to prevent hair fall. Dirty hair is more likely to get infected and more likely to fall – so keep your hair clean. If you take care to keep the hair you've got, you will be blessed with better looks and healthier hair. So here are a few things you can do to prevent your hair from falling.              

Simple Tips To Reduce Hair Fall Problem

(1). Olive_Coconut Oil
Take any natural oil - olive, coconut, canola - and warm it up so that it is warm, but not too hot. Massage it gently into your scalp. Put on a shower cap and leave it on for an hour, then shampoo your hair.
(2). Garlic Juice_Onion Juice
Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, onion juice, or ginger juice. Make sure you only use 1 of these juices; don't mix them. Leave the juice on your scalp overnight, and wash it out in the morning.
(3). Shampooing
Wash your hair at least every 3 days with a gentle hair cleanser or shampoo to remove all dust, dirt, oil and bacterial build up. Keep it clean at all times to avoid hair fall due to unclean scalp and scalp infections. This is a necessary step to follow as an answer to how to prevent hair fall.
(4). Green Tea_Egg Yolk
Mixture of green tea and egg yolk for hair mask. Take 1 egg yolk in a clean bowl; add 2 tablespoons of freshly prepared green tea to it. Green tea will be hot; so be careful. Mix equally till such a frothy and creamy. If it becomes thicker, you can add more green tea to dilute it.
(5). Fenugreek_Coconut Oil 
You can make your own hair fall-preventing medicine at home by frying some fenugreek (methi) seeds in coconut oil. Strain this mixture and apply it in minimal amounts, rubbed gently into the hair roots. Alternatively, you can boil some henna leaves in mustard oil. After cooling and straining this preparation, add drops of it in your coconut oil container that you are using for regular massaging.
(6). Neem_Apple Cider Vinegar
You can wash the hair with a paste made from Neem leaves. This is particularly effective for hair loss caused due excessive build up of scalp oil or invasive skin infections. For restoring the alkaline balance of the scalp and preventing hair fall, you can follow this with washing the hair with apple cider vinegar. Other homemade pastes that can be very useful include a mixture prepared from adding honey and olive oil to some cinnamon (dalchini) powder.
(7). Zinc
Zinc is important for hair nourishment too. Good sources include: oysters, lean beef, peanut butter, turkey, and pumpkin seeds.
(8). Protein_Vitamin B 12
Include more high-protein foods in your diet. Eating lean meats, fish, soy, or other proteins may help to curb hair loss. Besides containing protein, many foods rich in protein also contain Vitamin B-12.
(9). Trimming
Trimming you mane regularly helps your hair look and feel better.
(10). Meditation
Stress damages all of your body, and your hair is no exception. Loss of hair can be one of your body's primary signals that you're overdoing things and that it's time to pull back. Practice meditation believe it or not, most of the times, the root cause for hair loss is stress and tension. Meditation can help in reducing that and restore hormonal balance.
