1 Pound firm-Rope Figs 
2 Fresh Green Onion, sliced crosswise
2 Medium Tomatoes: peeled seeded and coarsely chopped
2 tablespoon finally chopped Mint
2 Cloves Garlic, minced 
2 Jalapeno Pepper, seeded and minced
2 Tablespoon grated Lime Peel
2 Tablespoon Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper- to Taste
Method:
Wash, stem and dice figs to make 2 cups. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill several hours.
