Natural Way To Prevent Sunburn

Experienced sunburn, it is uncomfortable. Recent research has apparently found the culprit responsible for a sunburn’s pain: an inflammatory molecule called CXCL5. CXCL5 is a chemokine, a protein that recruits inflammatory immune cells to damaged tissue. The best thing to do is prevent sunburn, but even when you do try to protect yourself, you may end up burned anyways. To avoid peeling and get rid of the redness and stinging, there are a few remedies that are originally invented in India and really work. Do the treatment daily. 
Home Remedies For Sunburn

(1). Grated Potatoes

  • Take 2 potatoes and peel them like thick paste. Pour out the mixture, soak cotton balls thoroughly in it, and apply to sunburn. An easier perhaps more effective method would be to soak gauze and lay it over the burn.
(2). Vinegar-Apple Cider Vinegar

  • Vinegar especially apple cider vinegar is one of the most famous sunburn relief that can be obtained at home.  These materials tend to be effective because vinegar is an antiseptic and can help cool the skin as it evaporates.
(3) Aloe Vera-Baking soda-Mint Leaves-Peppermint oil

  • Take 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel, 2 teaspoons of baking soda or cornstarch, 1 cups of fresh mint leaves, or 1 teaspoon of peppermint oil and make a fine paste in bowl. You can than apply as needed. Making some ahead of time and keeping it in the refrigerator ensures you always have a handy cream to heal any sunburn you get during the hot summer months.
(4). Honey-Lemon Juice-Turmeric

  • Mix these things 1 tea spoon of honey, 1 tea spoon of lemon juice and 1 tea spoon of turmeric powder. Apply and keep for 20-30 minutes then wash off. This remedy is best to prevent sunburn.
(5). Cool Milk

  • Apply cool milk with a clean cotton balls to your skin. The milk will create a protein film that helps ease sunburn discomfort.
(6). Aloe Vera-Cucumber

  • Aloe vera/Cucumber gel is many peoples go-to when they have sunburn. It’s cool, soothing, and seems to suck the sting and redness right out of your sunburn.  You can also squeeze the gel out. If you’re using gel that’s already been extracted, apply however much you need to your sunburn. 
(7). Plain Yogurt

  • Plain yogurt should be sufficient to treat facial burns at least, but feel free to use more if you want to cover more area. Take 1 cup of plain yogurt and apply directly to your burn. After 10 minutes rinse it off with cool or tepid water.
(8). Oatmeal 

  • Soak in an oatmeal bath. This is especially helpful for itchy sunburned skin. Put oatmeal in sunburn injury is one of the oldest home treatment, and it also seems to be supported by scientific evidence.

(9).Cucumber Juice

  • Mix two tablespoons of fresh cucumber juice and one tablespoon of lime juice. Add a pinch of turmeric to it. Mix it well and apply it on the affected skin. Leave it for 30 minutes and then wash it off with water.

(10). Almond And Milk

  • Make a paste of almonds after soaking it in water for two hours. Mix it with milk and apply on tanned areas of the body. Milk works as a cleanser and vitamin E in almonds helps to reduce the effect of tan. Wash with mild hot water after 30 minutes.

(11). Natural Oils 

  • Make a mix of natural oils by mixing 4 parts of sesame seed oil, one part almond oil and one part olive oil. Apply this oil on your face for 20 minutes and wash it off with a mild soap.

 (12). Lavender Oil

  • Mix 1 cup water and 20 to 25 drops lavender oil and use to bathe the sunburned area. Or, apply the solution with a spray bottle.

(13). Turmeric powder

  • Mix turmeric powder curd and honey .Apply this paste to your skin for 20 minutes  and then
  • clean with the cold water.

(14). Orange & Milk 

  • Make a paste of 5 tablespoons of turmeric powder in 10 tablespoons of milk and apply it all over your face. Gently massage your face and wash it off with warm water after 20 minutes

(15). Gram Flour, Rosewater

  • Mix a tablespoon of gram flour with one tablespoon of rose water and make a thin  paste.Apply it on face, hands and other affected areas of the body. Wash with lukewarm water after 20 minutes

(16). Potato And Lemon

  • Peel off the skin of potato and grind the fresh potato to make a paste with the help of a blender. Mix some lemon juice with the potato paste and apply the mixture on affected parts. Leave the mix on the body for 30 minutes and wash it off with cold water.
