  • Boneless chick_200 grams
  • Barbecue masala (prepared)_1 Table spoon
  • Lemon Juice_4 table spoon
  • Olive oil_2 table spoon
  • Garlic(chopped)_2 Clove
  • Salt_To taste
  • Carrots_3
  • Onions_2
  • Tomatoes_3
  • Cucumbers_2

For Dressing:
  • Olive Oil_4 Table spoon
  • Soya Souce_4 Table spoon
  • Lemon Juice_2 Table spoon
  • Crushed Black Pepper_1 Tea spoon
  • Salt_To taste

  • Cut chicken into thin strips and finely cut all vegetables. 
  • Mix chicken pieces, barbecue masala, olive oil and salt in a bowl.
  • Cook in microwave oven for 8 minutes and dish out in a bowl.
  • Mix dressing ingredient in a bowl. Toss chicken pieces, vegetables and dressing in a dish and serve.
