Healthy Cheese Omelette

  • Egg_3
  • Red Chili Powder_1 tea spoon
  • Black Pepper Powder_1 tea spoon
  • Salt_To taste
  • Tomato_1
  • Cottage Cheese (grated)_Half Cup
  • Onion(choppes)_1
  • Oil_For fry

  • Beat egg and add salt, red chili and black pepper. Mix. 
  • De-seed tomato and dice them. Heat oil in a frying pan. 
  • Spread beaten egg in the whole fring pan. 
  • Flip over after one side is cooked. 
  • Layer with cheese and onion and fold over. 
  • Cover with lid and remove from flame after a few minutes. 
  • Delicious Cheese omelette is ready to be served for lunch.
