Healthy Crispy Veggie Golden Balls


Ingredients
  • Potatoes (boiled) _ Half Kg
  • Egg (boiled ) _ 3
  • Egg(Beaten) _ 2
  • Cheese (grated) _ Half cup
  • Bread Crumbs _ 1 Cup
  • Spring Onion (Chopped) _ 2 Table spoon
  • Parsley (Chopped) _ 2 Table spoon
  • Capsicum (Chopped) _ 2 Table spoon
  • Oregano _ Pinch of
  • Black pepper powder _ 2 Table spoon
  • Salt _ To taste
  • Tomato Ketchup _  For garnishing

Method
  • Mash potatoes and boiled egg. 
  • Mix mashed potatoes and egg, capsicum, spring onion, parsley, salt, oregano, black pepper powder in bowl. In a separate bowl mix cheese, one boiled egg, salt and one tea spoon black pepper powder. 
  • Take portions of the potatoes mixture and place little cheese mixture in the portion center. 
  • Roll these into balls. 
  • Dip thr ball first in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. 
  • Place on a tray. Heat oil in a wok and fry until golden. 
  • Place on paper towel. 
  • Garnish crispy golden balls with kechup.
