Best Recipe Of Green Rice For Upset Stomach

  • Rice _ 1 Cup
  • Onion (Finally Sliced) _ Half
  • Oil _ 2 Table spoon
  • Coconut Milk _ 1 Cup
  • Green Chilli Paste
  • French Beans (Sliced) _ Half cup
  • Salt _ To Taste
  • Coriander Leaves(Chopped) _ 2 Table spoon
  • Spring Onion (Chopped) _ 2 Table spoon


  • Soak rice for 20 minutes. Hot oil in a pot and fry onion till in turns transparent; dont let it get brown. 
  • Add coconut milk and let it cool. 
  • When mixture comes to a boil, add rice. 
  • Add so much water that it is quarter or half an inch above the rice level. 
  • Add green chilli paste and salt; leave to cook on low flame. 
  • When rice is par-boiled, add french beans and keep on 'Dum'. 
  • The french beans should not be cooked to much and should retain their crunchiness. 
  • Garnish green rice with spring onions and coriander leaves before serving.
