Qardhari Kofty (Beef And Vegetable)


  • Minced Beef - 1 kg
  • Onion(finally cut)- 2
  • Cinnamon Powder-1 tea spoon
  • Ginger Garlic Paste- 2 table spoon
  • Coriander Powder-1 table spoon
  • Red Chili Powder-1 table spoon 
  • Tomato Puree-1 table spoon
  • Powdered Cashews-Half cup
  • Hot Spices Powder-2 tea spoon
  • Cream-Half cup
  • Egg Whites-3
  • Roasted Gram Flour-2 table spoon
  • Oil-4 table spoon
  • Salt-To Taste


  • Blend together minced meat,salt, cinnamon, egg white and gram flour. 
  • Make small balls. Heat oil in a pot and fry onion till golden brown. 
  • Spread on newspaper till crisp. 
  • Crush with hand and put in pot. Lightly fry ginger garlic paste in it. 
  • Add red chili, coriander, tomatoes and cashew and fry. 
  • When gravy is ready, add a cup of water and allow to cook. 
  • Bring to ball and add koftas. 
  • Hold the pot and gently move from side to side. 
  • Add hot spices then add cream and remove from flame. 
  • Serve delicious qardhari koftas with hot naan.
