Whole Barbecue Fish


Ingredients
  • Whole Fish _ 1 kg
  • Hot Spices Powder _ 1 Table spoon
  • Garlic Paste _ 2 Tea spoon
  • Red Chili Powder _ 1 Table spoon
  • Cumin Seeds _ 2 Tea spoon
  • Carom Seed Powder _ 1Tea spoon
  • Cubeb Pepper Powder _ 1 Tea spoon
  • Yogurt _ Half cup
  • Lime Juice _ 1 Table spoon
  • Vineger _ 1 Table spoon
  • Oil _ Half cup
  • Salt _ To taste 

For Garnishing
  • Onion (cut in round) _ 2
  • Salad Leaves _ 2
  • Lemon _ 2
  • Parsley _ Half Brunch

Method
Slit fish from the middle to open it. Grease aluminum foil with little oil and keep fish in it. Put yogurt , hot spices powder, garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin seeds, cubeb pepper powder, Lime juice, veniger, oil, ans salt in a bowl to make a batter. Rub this batter on the fish and bake a pre-heated oven at 200 oC for 40 minutes. Place fish in a serving dish ; garnish with salad leaves, onions, lemons, and parsley before serving.
