Beef Karahi


Ingredient 

  • Beef _1 kg
  •  Garlic (paste) _2 pod
  • Salt  _1 1/2 tea spoon
  • Ginger (chopped)  _1/4 cup
  • Butter  _4 ounces
  • Oil _1/2 cup
  • Green chillies _12
  • Red chillies powder_1 tea spoon
  • White pepper powder _1 tea spoon
  • Yogurt (whisked) _1/2 cup 
  • Tomatoes (chopped) _2
  • Green cardamoms _8
  • Black cardamoms_1 tea spoon 
  • Hot spices _1 tea spoon 
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) _1/2 bunch

Method
  • Put 1 1/2 kg water,beef garlic (keep 1 tea spoon aside)and 1 tea spoon in a pot .cover with a lid and let it cook
  • Add butter and oil when a little in left in a beef .
  • Add ginger ,1 tea spoon garlic,green chillies ,1 tea spoon salt , red chillies white peppers powder and yogurt .let it cook.
  • When the yogurt dries up ,add tomatoes
  • Grind green and black cardamoms into a paste and add 1/2 tea spoon into the pot.
  • Add hot spices and fry till oil separates from the masala.
  • Add coriander leaves and take off flame .serve
