Chicken Shashlik


Ingredient

  • Chicken (boneless)  _ 500 grams
  • Egg whites _  2
  • Capsicums  _  2
  • Tomatoes _ 2
  • Onions _ 2
  • Spring onion _ 3 stalks
  • Chili garlic sauce _ 1/2 cup 
  • Oyster sauce _ 4 table spoon           
  • Garlic paste _ 2 table spoon
  • Black pepper powder _ 1/2 tea spoon 
  • Oil  _  for frying
  • Salt  _ to taste

Method
  • Cut chicken ,capsicums, tomatoes and onions into square pieces chop spring onions fine
  • marinate chicken pieces capsicums,onions and tomatoes in oyster sauce.garlic, chilli garlic sauce ,salt and black pepper for 1/2 an hour
  • Skewer capsicum ,chicken pieces ,tomatoes and onion on to stick.
  • Repeat this process with remaining sticks.
  • Beat egg whites .dip shashlik in egg whites. 
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry shashlik till golden.
  • Garnish with spring onions .serve over a bed of rice.
