Chilli Milli Beef


  • Beef_1/2 kg
  • Ginger/garlic paste_1 table spoon
  • Papaya paste_2 table spoon
  • Lemon juice _4 table spoon
  • Tamarind pulp_2 table spoon
  • Tomato ketchup  _2 table spoon
  • Chat masala_1/2 tea spoon
  • Crused red chillies_1 tea spoon
  • Black papper_1 tea spoon
  • Salt_to taste
  • Oil_to table spoon
  • Shashlik sticks _as required


  • When marinate meat for at least 5 hours with papaya paste ,ginger/garlic ,paste ,1 table spoon 
  • Boput 4-5 pieces of meat on each shashlik sticks and place them in a wide frying pan with 4 table spoon oil.
  • Cover the frying pan with a lid and cook till meat becomes tender.turn the sticks once.
  • Put tomato ketchup ,lemon juice ,tamarind pulp ,chat masala ,red chillies ,and black pepper in a bowl to make a mixture.
  • When meat  becomes tender and all the water dries up, add the tomato mixture and cook till water dries up.
  • Delicious chilli milli beaf is ready ; take it out in a dish and serve hot .if you want, you can smoke it with a hot coal .
