Best Date And Bread Pudding for Healthy Meal


  • Milk----------------------------------------------------200 ml
  • Eggs---------------------------------------------------3
  • Powdered milk----------------------------------------50 grams 
  • Castor sugar-------------------------------------------100 grams 
  • Almonds and pistachios--------------------------------50 grams
  • Nutmeg ----------------------------------------------1 pinch
  • Cinnamon powder------------------------------------1 pinch
  • Dates-------------------------------------------------200 grams
  • Butter ------------------------------------------------500 grams
  • Saffron-----------------------------------------------1 pinch


  • Whisk the eggs ,milk ,powdered  milk ,castor sugar ,saffron ,nutmeg and cinnamon powder in a bowl. 
  • Crush the pistachios. 
  • Take the seeds out of the dates  and bread into pieces. 
  • Arrange the bread pieces evenly on a baking tray.
  • Place a layer of dates ,almonds and pistachios on top.   
  • Cut Some butter into little pieces and arrange them on the dish .
  • Pour half of the beaten eggs on it. Repeat the process with the remaining butter and eggs .pre -heat the oven to 180dc. 
  • Place a big dish filled with water in the oven to heat.
  • Press  the last layer firmly with your hand and dish on the water tray inside the oven.
  • Cook for 30 minutes .when the butter turns golden . take it out and cut into pieces.
