Healthful Walnut Pasta

  • Pasta (boiled)_______________________________2 cups
  • Garlic(chopped)_____________________________6 cloves
  • Walnuts(chopped)___________________________1 cup+for sprinkling
  • Green chillies (chopped)______________________4
  • Pasta sauce________________________________1 cup 
  • Water____________________________________1/4 cup
  • Jaggery (powdered)_________________________1 tea spoon
  • Salt_____________________________________to taste
  • Olive oil_________________________________1 table spoon
  • Butter___________________________________2 table spoon
  • Blend walnuts,olive oil ,green chillies, and pasta sauce in a blender.
  • Heat butter in a wok and fry garlic golden.
  • Add blender masala ,water,jaggery and salt and cook till oil separates.
  • Add pasta and dish out ;sprinkle walnuts and serve.
