Healthy Chicken Nugget Burgers For Children's

  • Chicken breasts (cubed)______________________4 
  • Buns(small)________________________________9
  • Egg______________________________________1
  • White pepper powder________________________1/2 tea spoon
  • Red chilli powder ___________________________1/2 tea spoon
  • Mustard powder____________________________1/2 tea spoon
  • Lemon juice_______________________________2 table spoon 
  • Cornflour_________________________________2 tables spoon
  • Fresh breadcrumbs__________________________1 cup
  • Refined flour_______________________________3 table spoon
  • Salt _____________________________________1/2 tea spoon
  • Butter ___________________________________200 grams 
  • Oil _____________________________________for frying 
  • French fries______________________________as accompaniment 
  • Cucumber (slice)__________________________for garnishing
  • Spring onion ,lettuce_______________________for decoration
  • Cut chicken into small pieces to fit into buns.
  • Marinate chicken with egg ,pepper,chillies,mustard,lemon juice ,cornflour and salt and keep aside for a little while. 
  • Coat each chicken piece first  with flour ,then breadcrumbs and press firmly with fingers.
  •  Heat oil in a wok ;and fry nuggets golden ;remove.
  • Cut buns horizontally from centre and apply butter on both halves ; place nuggets on top of bottom halves and cover with top halves of buns. 
  • Place burgers in the centre of a serving dish and garnish burgers with cucumbers piereced on the buns. 
  • Decorate one side of the dish with french fries and the other side with spring onions and lettuce ; serve.
