Yummy Pickled Chicken For You Healthy Dinner


  • Chicken breasts_2
  • Lemon juice_2 table spoon
  • Garlic &ginger paste _2 table spoon
  • Yugurt_8 table spoon
  • Green chillies_12
  • Oil _2 table spoon
  • Onion seeds_1/2 tea spoon
  • Fenugrrek seeds_1 tea spoon
  • Whole cumin seeds_1 tea spoon
  • Ground white cumin_1/2 tea spoon
  • Turmeric powder_1/2 tea spoon
  • Yogurt (whisked)_1/2 cup
  • Coriander powder_1 tea spoon
  • Bay leaves_2


  • Cut chicken breast into smaller pieces 
  • Marinate chicken pieces in lemon juice ,ginger & garlic paste and yogurt for on hour 
  • Cut green chillies from the center lengthwise and ,de seed
  • Mix  fenugreek oil onion seeds and whole cumin in a bowl and stuff green chillies with it 
  • Heat oil in a pot add marinated chicken pieces ,ground cumin ,turmeric  yogurt ,coriander and boy leaves and cook till water dries 
  • Add green chillies to the pot and cook for a few minutes .serve hot.
