Healthy Pineapple Upside Down Cake For Your Children's And Family


  • Jaggery (powered)_3 table spoon
  • Butter _225 grams
  • Sugar _1 cup
  • Eggs _4
  • Refined flour (sieved)_1 cup
  • Baking powder _1 tea spoon
  • Vanilla essence _1/2 tea spoon
  • Pineapple juice _1/2 cup
  • Pineapple slices _as required
  • Cherries _as required


  • Melt 3 table spoon butter in a saucepan. line a spring foam pan with aluminum foil from the outside.
  • Pour melted butter in a spring foam pan and layer it with jaggery.
  • Place round pineapple pieces over it and in the center of each piece place a cherry 
  • With an electric beater mix the remaining butter and sugar till the sugar has completely mixed 
  • Add eggs ,vanilla essence and pineapple juice to this bowl . beat for a while
  • Mix refined flour and baking powder in a separate bowl.and gradually mix into the butter mixture 
  • pour this mixture in the spring foam pan and keep it in a pre-heated oven at 180 dc for 25 minutes.
  • When the cake has baked , take it out of the oven and let it cool,then turn it over in a serving dish.cut it into pieces and serve.
