*Beet Root

  • 1 -----------------------small beetroot (the small ones are sweeter!)
  • 2 -----------------------------large carrots
  • 1 ---------------stalk of celery
  • Directions
  • Remove the carrot and beetroot tops, and peel the beetroot if its skin is tough. If it has a nice thin skin then just cut off the top.Slice up the vegetables to fit your juicer.Juice and serve.
*Berry Juice


  • 2 cups------------------------- strawberries
  • 2 cups ------------------------------blueberries
  • 1½ cups-------------------- raspberries
  • 1-------------------------------apple
  • Method:
  • Core the apple. Juice the strawberries, blueberries, apple and raspberries. Serve. 
  • Berries are a little mushy to juice and don't have a high juice yield, but they do taste fantastic.
*Blueberries Juice


  • 1 cup-------------------- blueberries
  • 1 -----------------------------cucumber
  • 1/2----------------- lemon, rind removed
  • 2------------------------- apples (I used Pink Lady apples)
  • Juice all the ingredients in the order listed.
  • Serve over ice.
*Carrot Juice

  • 4 large-------------------- organic carrots
  • 1 inch--------------------- cube of ginger 
  • ½ slice --------------lemon
  • Prepare carrots as previous recipe.Peel the ginger, and slice to fit your juicer.Chop the skin off the lemon.juice and enjoy.
*Concord Grape Juice


  • 2 cups -----------------------washed and cleaned concord grapes
  • 1/2 cup--------- sugar 
  • In sterilized jar place 2 cups grapes.
  • Add 1/2 cup sugar.
  • Fill to top with boiling water.
  • Seal jars at once with 2 piece lids. Process in water-bath canner for 10 minutes. Remove from canner and keep out of drafts(cover with a towel). Next day remove metal lid-bands, and label with date and contents.
  • Let juice stand 3 to 4 weeks before using.
  • Strain juice from grapes and use juice.
*Cranberry Juice



  • 1 cup---------------------. fresh cranberries
  • 1 – 2------------------ large oranges
  • 5 ------------------------carrots

  •  Wash all ingredients well.Peel the oranges.Add all produce through juicer and enjoy
*Green Grape Juice


  • Black Grapes ----------------------------2 cups
  • Lemon juice ---------------------- from 1/2 a lemon
  • Sugar --------------------------- 1/4 cup (adjust accordingly)
  • Water -------------------- as needed
  • Ice cubes --------------------- 10 to 12
  • Method:
  • Remove the grapes from its stem, rinse it well.Transfer it to a blender / mixer.Grind it along with little water to a fine paste. Strain through a metal strainer, add water for the juice to easily strain.Discard the seeds and the waste. Squeeze lemon juice.Add sugar and stir well until sugar is dissolved completely.Add lots of ice cubes and serve chilled.Add ice cubes while serving and serve chilled.
*Mango Juice

  • 1 ripen ----------------------------Alphonso Mango(any variety would do)
  • 2-3 tbsp-------------------- Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp ------------------------Cardamom powder(optional)
  • Ice cubes--------------------to serve
  • Method:
  • Wash and peel the skin of mangoes and cut into pieces.
  • In a blender add chopped mangoes,sugar and cardamom powder and blend to a fine puree.
  • Add chilled water(approx 1 cup) and blend again to a smooth consistency.Now check the sweetness and add more sugar or water if needed.You can make it thin or thick according to your preference,I prefer to make it slightly thick.
  • Serve it in a glass with ice cubes on top.
*Orange Juice
  •  Oranges -------------------------3
  •  Honey ----------------------------1 tsp
  •  Water --------------------------------1/4 cup
  • Method:
  • Bring the oranges to room temperature so that it will be easy for you to squeeze juice.Cut the fruit into half and squeeze each half by hand using the plain orange juicer(shown in the picture). Add 1/4 cup of water and mix well. I love to add a little orange pulp to my juice. If the oranges are sweet, you do not need any additional sweetener otherwise add a tsp of honey and mix well.
*Pear Juice 
  • 1 medium----------------------------- cucumber
  • 3 celery ------------------------stalks
  • 1 1/2 --------------------- medium pears
  • 3 -------------------------handfuls kale
  • Method:
  •  Rinse all ingredients Add ingredients through juicer. Serve and enjoy!
*Pomegranate  Juice

2 ----------------------------------apples
2------------------------- pomegranates
2 to 3------------------------ pinches of black salt (optional)
ice cubes------------------- (optional)
  • chop the pomegranate into two. remove the pomegranate arils.peel, core and chop the apples.first add the apples in the feeder tube of the juicer and extract the juice.then add the pomegranate arils and extract the juice.pour the juice in glasses.sprinkle a pinch of black salt in each glass and serve the apple pomegranate juice immediately with or without ice cubes.
