  • 2 liters water (preferably spring water).1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger.1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced.1 medium lemon, thinly sliced.12 small mint leaves.Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and let flavors blend overnight.Drink the entire pitcher by the end of each day.

3. Strawberry Kiwi Cooler

  • Combine 3 cups halved strawberries, three thinly sliced kiwis, and two thinly sliced lemons. Gently muddle all of the ingredients together.
