1. Rice Powder 




Add enough milk to the fine rice powder to make a paste. If you are allergic to milk, you can even use water to make this paste.Apply this rice powder paste to your face and neck.Leave for 20-30 minutes.Wash off with warm water.Repeat 2-3 times a week.

2. Aloe Vera



  • Get a slice of an aloe Vera leaf.Cut open the leaf slice and with the help of a spoon, collect the gel inside it.Apply this aloe gel to your skin 4 times a day.Repeat this daily for about 15 days.After 15 days, you can reduce the application frequency by apply it twice a day 3-4 times a week.You may also buy Aloesin which is extracted from the aloe plant and apply this to your skin four times a day.

3. Lemon Juice And Honey


  • Mix one teaspoon of milk powder, a teaspoon of lemon juice, a teaspoon of honey and half a teaspoon of almond oil, to make a thick paste. Apply this on to the skin and keep it on for around 15 to 20 minutes, before rinsing it off with cold water. This not only helps reduce the effects of tanning and skin blemishes, but also gives your skin a natural radiance
4. Gram Flour

  • Take a tablespoon of gram flour mixed it with 2 tablespoon of raw milk and 2-3 drops of lime juice works well for lightening dark skin. Apply this mixture and leave it for 25 minutes before washing off. Repeat for nearly 4 weeks and follow up with once a week.
5. Honey



  • Honey is one of the best methods of getting fair skin folks. Just get a tea spoon of honey and apply it on your face and massage gently in circular motion. You are supposed to do this at least twice a day-morning and before going to bed. After a couple of weeks, you will notice that your skin has turned into lite golden complexion. Please note that you should not use milk with honey as it’s not advisable.
6. Yogurt

  • Add 1-2 tsp of honey to 1 tablespoon of yogurt. Apply this to your skin. Leave it for 10-15 minutes. Wash off with water. Repeat daily.
7. Orange peels



  • Grind the orange peels to get one tablespoon of its powder.Mix the orange peel powder with plain yogurt and make a paste.Apply this to your face and neck.Leave it there for 20-30 minutes.Wash off with water.Repeat 2-3 times a week.
8. Coconut



  • For skin whitening use one tablespoon of dry shredded coconut with warm milk, one tablespoon of rice flour and one spoon of baking soda to make a paste and apply it on your face and body. Try twice a month to get a fair skin.
9. Banana



  • Bananas are rich in vitamins A, B and E and works like an anti-ageing agent. This fruit when mixed with honey gives the skin an instant glow. Eat one banana daily. You can also mash a banana and blend it with honey and apply it on your face. Wash it with lukewarm water after 15 minutes. Repeat this method once in two days for best results.
10. Avocado



  • Mash one soft avocado and one cooked carrot. Blend it together with half cup of heavy cream, 1 egg, a dab of honey and spread it over your face and neck. Leave it for 15 minutes and then wash it off with cool water.
