Home Remedies To Cure Dandruff In Winter 

1. Coconut oil

  • Mix 1 tbsp of lemon juice with 5 tbsp of coconut oil and then apply the mixture on the scalp.Leave this mixture for about 20-30 minutes and then wash it off with a good shampoo.

2. White Vinegar

  • Mix together the warm water and vinegar in a cup. The total amount may be varied to be more or less depending on how much hair you have. Pour the mixture over your hair, scrub it around gently for several minutes, and then rinse it thoroughly with water (only water!) Wait about 8-12 hours before taking a normal shower. Repeat once every week or two weeks, depending on how often you feel you need it.

3. Garlic 

  • Take 2 tbsp of garlic powder and mix it firmly with 1 tbsp of lemon juice to make a fine paste.Apply this paste on your scalp and leave it for 30-40 minutes.Wash it off thoroughly with shampoo and cold water.

4. Lemon juice 

  • Massage 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into your scalp and let it sit for a minute. Mix 1 teaspoon of lemon juice into 1 cup of water and rinse your hair with it.

5. Neem Juice

  • ¼ cup neem juice, coconut milk and beetroot juice and 1 tsp coconut oil Mix all the ingredients together and massage the pack into the scalp.Wash it after 20 minutes with a herbal shampoo and conditioner.

6. Apple Vinegar 

  • Apple cider vinegar kills yeast infections. Twice a week, spray the hair and scalp with 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar mixed with 1 cup water. Leave on for fifteen minutes and then wash your hair as usual.

7. Crud 

  • Mix one tablespoon of curd, 2 tablespoons oil and one tablespoon lemon juice. Warm and apply on scalp. Wash with a mild shampoo after half an hour. This treatment done twice a week keeps hair well conditioned and free from dandruff.

8. Burdock Root

  • 1 pint of water and 1 tsp. of burdock root and 1 tsp. of calendula flowers 1 tsp. of chamomile flowers.1 tsp. of lavender flowers.1 tsp. of rosemary leaves.1 tbs. of vinegar.6 drops of sage essential oil.Boil water and pour over herbs. Steep for 20 minutes strain and add vinegar. Apply after shampooing do not rinse out.

9. Tulsi magic

  • Make a paste of tulsi and amla powder mixed with some water.Massage this paste on the scalp. Let it remain for half an hour. Wash the hair thoroughly with water and shampoo.

10.Baking Soda

  • Wash your hair with warm water.Add a few drops of water in baking soda to form a paste.Apply it on your scalp and massage it for a few minutes
