Dry skin makes complexion look rough and patchy. Women with dry skin often complain that their face lacks glow and radiance. Tackle Dry And Rough
1.Lemon Juice


  • Lemon juice is a natural moisturizer. Apply the lemon juice on your face and allow it to dry for 15 minutes and wash it off. This can also act as cleanser and it brings you soft skin. Directly applying lemon juice may cause irritation, so to avoid this you can add water to juice.

2.Avocado Mask




  • Creating a homemade mask of avocado is another natural way to soothe dry skin. Compton suggests pureeing half an avocado and mixing it with a teaspoon of olive oil; you can also add a tablespoon of honey for very dry skin. Apply the mask to your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes, and wash it off.

3.Tomatoes


  • This remedy is also helpful in treating pimple and blemishes. Make tomato puree by the use of grinder or blender then apply this paste on your face, let it stand for 10 to 15 minutes and wash it off with cold water. This can aid to give you smooth skin. 

4.Raw Milk 


  • Keep aside a 4 tsp. of raw milk before you put it to boil for your morning coffee/tea. Add a few drops of rose water/ lime and rub it all over your body and wash with cold water. Do this twice a day. And your skin will feel baby soft.

5.Brown Sugar


  • Mix one teaspoon of white or brown sugar and two teaspoons of sour cream.Apply it on the affected skin and gently scrub in a circular motion.Leave it on for a few minutes and then wash it off.Repeat a few times a week.

6.Olive Oil 


  • Create a naturally moisturizing exfoliating scrub using a combination of olive oil and sugar. Combine ½ cup of sugar with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, says Compton. If you want, you can add an essential oil like lavender for a natural fragrance and its relaxation benefits. Gently rub the scrub into your skin, then wash it off.

7.Pumpkin And Cinnamon Powder

     

  • Mask for Face and Body: mix one can of pumpkin and a ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder.Leave either mask on face or body for 5 to 15 minutes.

8.Banana And Honey 


  • Mash banana and add few drops of honey in it. Mix well and spread on your dry skin face. Massage it for 10 minutes and leave it to dry. Rinse off and feel the result. 

9.Baking Soda


  • Mix enough water in two teaspoons of baking soda to make a paste.Dampen your skin and gently scrub with the paste in a circular motion.Wash it off with warm water and then moisturize your skin.Repeat a few times a week.

10.Oats

  • Mix together 2 tablespoons of oats with a tablespoon of honey and a dash of water. Compton suggests warming up the mixture, then rubbing it into your skin. You can use it just to exfoliate, wash it off right away, or leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes as a soothing, hydrating mask before rinsing.
