  • 1/2 cup dried porcini mushrooms
  • 8 ounces criminal mushrooms, coarsely chopped
  • 4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 cans nonfat chicken broth or vegetable broth
