Tomato Feta Salad


  • 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped dill weed
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 cup reduced fat feta cheese, finely crumbled
  • 1 head bibb lettuce
  • 3 large tomatoes, cut in thin wedges


  • Consolidate yogurt, milk, and dill weed in a little bowl, mixing great. Mix in feta cheddar disintegrates.
  • Place lettuce on serving of mixed greens plates and top with tomato wedges. Shower with dressing to serve.
