Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Pistachio flavor fat free, sugar free instant pudding mix
  • 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 container (8 oz.) vanilla low fat yogurt
  • 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping
  • 6 Tbsp. thawed COOL WHIP FREE Whipped Topping

method

  • Join chicken or turkey and celery in dish. Blend serving of mixed greens dressing, salt, poultry flavoring, onion salt and pepper. Pour over chicken or turkey and celery; hurl. Serve as sandwich filling, or on lettuce clears out. In the event that wanted, include slashed apples, walnuts, raisins, or whatever else to mix it up and season.
