Watergate Salad For Weight Loss 



ingredient

  • 2 cups chopped leftover cooked turkey
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1/3 c. salad dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. onion salt
  • Dash pepper


method
Combine chicken or turkey and celery in bowl. Mix salad dressing, salt, poultry seasoning, onion salt and pepper. Pour over chicken or turkey and celery; toss. Serve as sandwich filling, or on lettuce leaves. If desired, add chopped apples, walnuts, raisins, or anything else to add variety and flavor.
